HOW TO ORDER Use our online catalog to navigate to your vehicle application. If

new product to our web site and while we may have an upgraded unit
for your application, it simply may not be listed on our web site

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All shipments are sent via the fastest and most economical way, usually UPS. Shipping and handling charges do not apply to Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO's, FPO's and international orders. Please inquire about these rates in advance.
We package all shipments with the utmost care. In the event a package arrives damaged, note any damage at the time you sign for it or even refuse the package. In case of damage discovered later, keep all parts and packaging for inspection by the carrier. Any errors or shortages in shipping must be noted to us within 5 days of receipt.
We attempt to hold prices, but have no control over changing monetary rates, material costs or shipping costs. Therefore, we must inform you that the prices are subject to change without notice. We will, however, notify you of any significant increases as soon as possible. You will be notified as soon as possible if the order you placed cannot be completed at the price on the website.
Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back orders and shipped immediately when available. We try to avoid back orders and will notify you of any significant delay.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We value your business and would like every customer to be satisfied with each purchase. Please do not send parts back without calling or emailing us for a Return Authorization Number in advance. All returns must be made on a prepaid basis. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days, unused, in its original box for a prompt and courteous refund, exchange or credit. Refunds for non-defective units will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions! Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Alternators that have been installed, mounted, used or tested are not returnable. Powder coated and chrome units are non refundable as these are made on a per order basis and can not be returned.
All merchandise distributed by Velocity Alternator is subject to a one year warranty. Within the one year from the original purchase date of your product we will repair your product should it not perform as advertised. Warranty valid for original purchaser only. No labor, inconvenience or claims of damage may be included in any claims. Warranties do not apply to improper use or installation of any merchandise. Contact us directly to learn about different Service Level Agreements (SLA) that are available for fleet accounts.
LEGALITY OF PRODUCTS
The rules regarding the use of some, or all of these items may vary from state to state and even from city to city. Because we offer these items for sale to potential buyers everywhere, we cannot be certain of the lawfulness of the use or installation of any given item in your particular area.
